WIRTS·HUB
AI-native operating system for hotels, guesthouses and campsites

Agents on every shift.

WirtsHub keeps one permanent record of everything a property does, and its AI agents work from it: briefing the owner, planning the day, moving prices, answering guests in their own language. You set how far each one may act on its own. Built by Selvoq for European operators. In development now, with pilot properties going live in 2026.

01 What it is

An agent can only run what it can see.

Front desk keeps its own database. So do housekeeping, the restaurant and payroll, and a fourth vendor gets paid to move data between them. People cope with that by phoning each other. Software cannot. An agent that can see arrivals but not the roster, or prices but not the kitchen, should not be allowed to decide anything at all. So WirtsHub is one system keeping one record. That is the boring part, and everything else on this page depends on it.

i

One record, kept forever

Every booking, rate change, shift and charge is stored as a permanent fact, in order. The current state of the property is calculated from that record, so you can wind it back to any Tuesday last March and see what was true then.

ii

Autonomy you set

Each agent has a leash and you hold it. Suggest and wait, act inside a limit you name, or act and tell you afterwards. Set it per agent and per property, and change it on a bad week.

iii

Every number traceable

Any figure the system shows you was worked out by ordinary code, with an audit trail behind it. A language model never writes a number here. It can explain one.

iv

Built for Europe

Data stays in the EU, and tax, receipts, guest registration and working-time law are handled country by country. The record the EU AI Act wants you to keep about an automated decision is the same log the system already keeps.

02 The agents

Three of them. Each with a job.

They read the record your staff read and write back to it, so what an agent did sits in the same history as what a person did, in order, with the reason attached. None of them is a chatbot with a booking system bolted to the side.

Bertl

Runs the day

The morning brief, the housekeeping plan, maintenance jobs, the shift gaps nobody has spotted yet, and the demand forecast the rate follows. Anything Bertl does on its own passes a validator first.

Mitzi

Talks to guests

Concierge and messaging in the guest’s own language, before the stay and during it. She can reach that guest’s own booking and what the property publishes, and nothing else. Occupancy, revenue and staffing are out of reach in every conversation, with every guest.

Resi

Answers the team

Ask it anything about the operation and it answers out of the live record, not out of a manual somebody wrote two years ago. What the policy is, where a thing lives, what happened on a stay.

03 A day on shift

Here is a Tuesday.

Software gets sold as a list of modules. That describes what a vendor built, not what happens in a property between six in the morning and midnight.

06:00

The briefing

Bertl has already read the night. Who arrives, who leaves, what broke, which shift is short, what the rate did while nobody was watching. One page, in your own language, before the first coffee.

09:30

The turnover

The cleaning plan comes from the departures that actually happened, not from a sheet printed at seven. If somebody calls in sick, the plan redistributes itself and nobody has to ring round.

13:00

The rate

Demand moves and the system proposes a new price, measured against a holdout so you can tell whether it actually earned anything. You decided in advance how far it may go on its own. Each decision is filed with the numbers that produced it, so next month there is something to look at instead of an argument.

19:00

The service

Orders go to the station that cooks them. Allergens come out of the recipe rather than somebody’s memory. A drink charged to room 12 lands on the room bill without anybody carrying a docket.

23:40

The close

Takings, tenders, city tax, commission and hours worked all reconcile without anybody keying them in. Any figure on the report opens up to show the thing that caused it, which is what an auditor asks for.

04 Underneath

Nothing is ever overwritten.

WirtsHub keeps an append-only log of everything that happens and works out the current state from it. That sounds like a technical detail. In practice it is what lets software act on your behalf and still be answerable for it: every decision an agent made is in the log next to the state it saw at the time, so you can replay any day and ask why.

The same log is your audit file, your owner’s report and the context the agents reason from, so those three can never quietly disagree. Each customer runs in its own isolated environment, with data held in the EU.

05 Surfaces

Four apps reading one record.

Admin
app.wirtshub.com
Owner and management. A browser app built for a wide screen. Pin it to the dock like a native one; there is nothing to download.
Staff
staff.wirtshub.com
Phone-first, in the browser. Roster, tasks, handover, clock-in. No app store, so a new starter is working in a minute.
Guest
guest.wirtshub.com
Check-in, stay, messages, wallet pass. Opens from a link the guest already has.
Booking
Embedded
The property’s own site and domain. The guest never leaves it.

Roles and sign-in

Access is role based. What a receptionist, a housekeeper, a head chef or an accountant can see and do is set per property, and changed when the job changes.

Bring your own organisation. Staff sign in through your own single sign-on: Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra, or another provider you already run. No second set of passwords.

Guests never need an account.
